Our Story
It all started on May 4, 1983, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Greg Jennings, a Vietnam veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and physical therapist, wanted to create an environment that allowed therapists to focus on one thing: quality patient care. Greg launched Tx:Team with a strategic focus on partnering with faith-based retirement communities. We have since evolved into a turnkey rehabilitation solution for hospitals, senior living communities, and employers.
Today, Tx:Team is a privately held, therapist-led organization. We are fiercely independent and highly personal. We know every associate by name. We live out our values in service to our patients, our partners, and our communities. When we make a commitment, we deliver on it. In a word, Tx:Team is authentic.
As we prepare for the next 40 years, we will remain true to our roots. We believe that physical, occupational, and speech therapy are fundamentally human-to-human interactions, and we have the outcomes and patient satisfaction results to prove it. We will grow and adapt to advances in technology, but the engine behind everything we do will continue to be our people. We invite you to find out why working with us is good therapy.
